Since the early 90’s Sarah has been involved in a wide range of Health and Safety topics, including as a contact officer and PTSD counsellor in the railway industry. Was a key member of a HSE consultation program to evaluate work-related stress and how it can be managed. Sarah has also been involved, as a Health & Safety Consultant, in drafting and implementing stress management processes and company policies including mediation. Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to this subject matter that highlights the different aspects of what stress management now includes in 2022.
